Housed in a former 1930s haberdashery, Shuckers is revered for its carved oak paneling, gleaming tin ceilings, and unmatched seafood legacy. With more than 400 dozen oysters shucked weekly by a team whose average tenure spans two decades, this iconic space is a true celebration of craft, heritage, and hospitality.
This special experience celebrates the rich maritime terroir of the Pacific Northwest through a thoughtfully curated pairing of premium oysters and fine champagne.
