For 100 years, afternoon tea at the Fairmont Olympic has been a cherished tradition. In celebration of our Centennial, enjoy a special menu blending timeless elegance with a modern twist, featuring winter flavors inspired by our December 6, 1924 opening. Each guest will also receive a take-home box of our limited-edition 1924 Olympic Blend tea.
'Connection 1924' at Founders Club
Inspired by the classic Sidecar, ‘Connection 1924’ is a limited-edition cocktail that blends past, present, and future. Featuring Louis XIII Cognac with eaux-de-vie aged up to 100 years, it’s elevated by clarified lemon, saffron tincture, and fig syrup for a refined balance. This luxury cognac, sourced from the Grande Champagne region, gained fame during Prohibition and is served over custom clear ice stamped with our 1924 logo. A timeless experience in every sip.
Centennial Glassybaby
For our 100th anniversary, we’ve released a Limited Edition glassybaby, available at Concierge and 4th Avenue Espresso. The emerald blue design is inspired by the 1920s Art Deco era and features blue and gold elements representing Puget Sound and the city’s maritime heritage. Each purchase donates $10 to FareStart, a nonprofit providing hospitality job training.
