Seattle Kraken & Climate Pledge Arena

Welcome home, hockey fans. With an October-to-April, 82-game regular season – The Seattle Kraken is the 32nd franchise to join the premier professional ice hockey league, the NHL. The Kraken are the first Seattle hockey team to compete for the Stanley Cup since the Seattle Metropolitans, who won the cup in 1917 and folded in 1924. Climate Pledge Arena is the team’s home and the first net zero carbon certified arena in the world.
