Seattle Festival of Trees
For over 45 years, the Festival of Trees has brought beautifully designed Christmas trees to Fairmont Olympic. Explore 20+ trees inspired by the stories of courageous young patients. All trees are available for purchase, with proceeds and donations benefiting Seattle Children’s Autism Center and uncompensated care.

Teddy Bear Suite
A beloved holiday experience, our suite transforms into a teddy bear wonderland filled with nearly 100 bears, twinkling lights, candy canes, a glowing digital fireplace, and a towering Christmas tree. Guests are invited to cuddle up with the bears, capture festive photos, and every child leaves with a special treat. Designed by local talent Kevin Bradford. Donations benefit Seattle Children’s Autism Center and Uncompensated Care.

Tea en Pointe - A Nutcracker Holiday Experience
Be enchanted by a festive interpretation of the hotel’s famed Afternoon Tea in the iconic Garden Room. Enjoy seasonal savories, delicate pastries and fine teas, accompanied by live performances of The Nutcracker by Olympic Ballet Theatre and classical music by The Seattle Quartet.

Gingerbread Holiday Afternoon Tea
A Seattle tradition since 1924, Fairmont Olympic welcomes you into the holiday season with a warm glow of twinkling lights and timeless elegance. Enjoy a festive afternoon tea featuring savory tea sandwiches, pastries and our famous scones, plus visits from the holiday dessert cart, gingerbread-inspired surprises, select dates include our residential pianist and a special take-home gift. Vegetarian, vegan and children’s tea menus are also available.

Christmas Carols in the Lobby
Throughout December, welcome Seattle’s youth community as local children’s choirs fill the Lobby with the sounds of the season. Surrounded by sparkling holiday trees, this cherished tradition brings the magic of Christmas to the heart of the Olympic.

Festive Season at Founders Club
A crimson-hued room bathed in moody candlelight, Seattle’s favorite speakeasy sets the scene for a holiday date night. Sip winter-inspired cocktails you can practically eat and savor seasonal small bites in an intimate, festive setting.

Holiday Cheer at Olympic Bar
Looking for a more casual Christmas? Join us in the Lobby Lounge for à la carte plates, festive craft cocktails and small bites in a timeless setting. Throughout December, this is where Seattle celebrates, surrounded by the warm glow of twinkling Christmas lights.

Fairmont at Home: The Holiday Feast
Bring Christmas home with a complete turkey dinner feast. Featuring classic holiday favorites and available for four or eight guests, this festive feast makes hosting easy—and includes a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine for the occasion.
