As a Level 2 Sommelier with experience in 5-star hotels and award-winning restaurants, he now manages the beverage program for four brands at Fairmont Olympic. He and his mixology team craft seasonal cocktails and host intimate Founders Club events, with drinks inspired by Seattle’s local flavor.
