Introducing Shuckit Sundays—a new tasting series at Seattle’s iconic oyster bar. Enjoy unlimited oysters, paired cocktails, and interactive insights from Chef A.J. Darkmun alongside rotating spirit partners, celebrating the bold flavors of the Pacific Northwest.

Brunch at The George kicks off with a delightful surprise from our scone cart, offering house-made scones with lemon curd, Devonshire cream, and jams. Customize your mimosa, select a small course, and explore a diverse main menu with dishes like French Toast, Seafood Benedicts, and the hearty Olympic Smash Burger.

Taste the Pacific Northwest! Shuckers Oyster Bar features live oyster shucking every Thursday and Friday night, highlighting the best local catches from Taylor Shellfish Farms and other top spots along the West Coast, all the way up to BC.

Join us for our version of Happy Hour Tuesday-Thursday from 4:30 – 5:30pm, where you can savor specially priced glasses of wine, beer, and cocktails, along with a rotating selection of local oysters, small plates and snacks.
