For generations, Fairmont Olympic has delighted guests with its festive holiday traditions and joyful atmosphere. From our Teddy Bear Suite, Nutcracker Holiday Tea, our lobby Christmas tree, and more —there’s something for everyone to celebrate with us.
Teddy Bear Suite
A beloved holiday experience, our suite transforms into a teddy bear wonderland filled with nearly 100 bears, twinkling lights, candy canes, a glowing digital fireplace, and a towering Christmas tree. Guests are invited to cuddle up with the bears, capture festive photos, and every child leaves with a special treat. Designed by local talent Kevin Bradford. Donations benefit Seattle Children’s Autism Center and Uncompensated Care.

Nutcracker Holiday Tea
Join us at The George this December for a cherished holiday tradition. After strolling past the sparkling lobby décor, settle in for festive flavors—tea sandwiches, petit fours, and Traditional, Vegan, Vegetarian, and Children’s menus. Reservations required.
*Nutcracker Holiday Tea service will be unavailable on December 24th, 25th, and the 31st*
