Thanksgiving at The George

Celebrate Thanksgiving in the heart of Seattle at The George with a festive four-course, family-style prix fixe menu, thoughtfully infused with Pacific Northwest flavors. Surrounded by the Fairmont Olympic’s sparkling holiday décor, guests will enjoy an elevated holiday experience perfect for families and friends alike.

The menu is priced at $90 per adult and $55 per child (ages 5–12), plus tax, with a 20% automatic gratuity. Guests may enhance their meal with a Sommelier’s selected wine pairing for $50 per person, plus tax. Vegan, vegetarian, and child-friendly menus are available, with portions tailored for younger diners.

Available on Thursday, November 27, with seatings from 12:30–2:30 PM and 4:00–9:00 PM, this holiday feast is set only, ensuring every course is served seamlessly for the entire table.
