Step inside Shuckers, Seattle’s quintessential oyster bar, for the second installment of Shuck-It Sundays—an immersive oyster shucking and tasting masterclass celebrating the maritime terroir of the Pacific Northwest.

Housed in a former 1930s haberdashery, Shuckers is revered for its carved oak paneling, gleaming tin ceilings, and unmatched seafood legacy. With more than 400 dozen oysters shucked weekly by a team whose average tenure spans two decades, this iconic space is a true celebration of craft, heritage, and hospitality.

This special edition pairs the region’s finest oysters with expertly crafted Botanist Gin Martinis, highlighting the botanicals and briny nuances that define the Emerald City.

What to Expect:

  • Interactive oyster education and shucking techniques led by Executive Chef Eraj Jayawickreme
  • Unlimited oysters to shuck and savor throughout the class
  • Expert gin insights and curated Botanist Gin Martini pairings
  • Take-home gifts, including custom dram glasses, branded oyster shuckers, and wearable merchandise

Following the class, guests may continue the experience with:
