Shuckit Sundays Series
Join us on August 24th for the debut of Shuckit Sundays, a new tasting series at Seattle’s quintessential oyster destination—Shuckers. Nestled in a former 1930s haberdashery, Shuckers is known for its intricately carved oak paneling, tin ceilings, and unmatched seafood legacy. With over 400 dozen oysters shucked weekly by a team whose average tenure spans more than 20 years, this iconic space celebrates craftsmanship in every detail.
This inaugural event spotlights the rich maritime terroir of the Pacific Northwest through a curated pairing of premium oysters and craft cocktails. Sip on elevated favorites like the Dirty Gin Martini, Classic Laddie, and Paper Sea Plane, designed to complement the fresh brine and bold flavors of the region’s finest oysters.
Hosted by Chef de Cuisine A.J. Darkmun and special guest Devin Vilardi, Rémy Cointreau Brand Ambassador, the experience includes interactive tasting education, shucking techniques, and insights into spirit pairings. Guests will enjoy unlimited oysters, expertly paired cocktails, a special take-home gift, and access to an à la carte “Oyster Hour” happy hour menu for additional bites will be available for sale.
